Shopify Ecosystem Transformation

Transformation of Sunsoil from a dated Shopify template into a fully optimized Shopify ecosystem built for growth. I modernized the storefront architecture, enhanced subscription flows to reduce friction and improve retention, and restructured PDPs and checkout to lift overall conversion rate. The redesign also elevated visual storytelling—shifting from template-driven layouts to a brand-led narrative that better communicates sourcing, sustainability, and product quality—resulting in a more cohesive, high-performing eCommerce experience.
